Shipping

Your order will be shipped on the first working day following receipt of your order. Delivery within Belgium takes place on the next working day, while deliveries to other countries are made within 3 working days. For items marked as “backorder”, the delivery time is 5–10 working days.
Orders can also be collected from our showroom in Ruddervoorde during opening hours.
Upon receipt of the goods, please check that your order is complete. If anything is missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@maro.be.

RETURNS
In accordance with Article VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day following receipt of the goods. Once the seller has been informed, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the goods. 
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in good condition, preferably in the original packaging in which they were shipped by Maro.Upon receipt, all returned goods will be inspected by Maro BV.
If the return is accepted, a refund will be made within 14 days using the same method of payment as was used by the consumer for the original transaction.
